Do you enjoy solving problems and making positive contributions to society? This Pop-Up Hackathon will allow you to do just that!! In this hands on one day event, students will be tasked to solve issues related to the overall Junkanoo experience - and who knows, the winning solution may be picked up and utilized in real life.

The Pop-Up version of the Hackathon will give you an insight and prepare you for our main month-long event in February 2023. In this mini version, you will participate in a design thinking workshop, which will give you the foundational tools to problem solving and creating solutions that stick.

Financial Information

The registration fee ($15) will be paid before the hackathon. If you are unable to pay for it, we have a limited amount of scholarships on a first come first served basis. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please answer the questions in this section.
